ArtistAssistApp lets you share a link to your color set between your devices or with your friends. You can also share color sets between your devices by scanning the QR code.

The app saves color sets, recent photos, and palettes on your device and restores them when you reopen the app. For privacy reasons, no data is transmitted or stored on servers. Therefore, your color sets will not sync between your devices automatically. But ArtistAssistApp provides some quick and easy ways to transfer color sets from one device to another.

ArtistAssistApp does not use cookies, but some web browsers when clearing cookies actually clear the entire storage. Therefore, it is important to have a backup of your color sets.

To get a sharable link to your color set, press the Share button on the Color set tab.

Backing up color sets

Consider saving links to all of your color sets somewhere in your notes (like Google Keep). Or even just email it to yourself. That way even if your web browser data is cleared and all application data is lost, you can easily recover all your color sets in seconds.

You can also take a photo or screenshot of the QR code. This way, you can later scan it from the photo on your device or even print it to scan it from the printout.
